Marketing & Sales Executive

Duties & Responsibilities:

Our Marketing & Sales Executives (fundraising) shall be responsible for these tasks:

  1. Targeting market segment (Individual, Trader, Corporate and Multinationals).
  2. Mapping the market for resource development (Fundraising).
  3. Meeting with existing and prospective donors.
  4. Working on sponsors for different activities.
  5. Campaigns and activities (Educational institutions).

Job Requirement:

The candidate must be proficient in the following areas:

  1. Should be familiar with or has been part of marketing & sales activities.
  2. Candidates with prior experience in sales and telemarketing especially in fundraising will be preferred.
  3. Minimum Bachelors. (Sociology, BBA, Mass Communication or Humanities)
  4. Candidate must have own conveyance (Bike / Car).

HR Executive

Job Description:

The candidate must be proficient in the following areas:

  1. Creating referral programs and overseeing our hiring processes.
  2. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resource Department.
  3. Prepare job descriptions, post ads on various channels to search pool of candidates.
  4. Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates and issuing employment Ensuring background and reference checks are completed contracts.
  5.  Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  6. Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
  7. Ensure that Human Resource files and procedures.
  8. Replies to queries internally and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company policies externally on hiring.
  9. Coordinate training sessions and seminars.

Skills Requirement:

The candidate must be proficient in the following areas:

  1. 1-2 Years of Experience as an HR Executive (essential).
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Works well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  4. Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
